Wednesday:  Run 7p

Thursday:   Swim at 8p and Bike at 9p

Friday:       Lifting in the Rec Weight room 5p

Saturday:   Outdoor Bike Ride 2p

Sunday:     Long Run 9a

  • Keep in mind, the ONAT is open for everyone 6a-8a Monday-Thursday. We will have informal practices then as well
